Hey there, I'm June!

I'm a Product Designer, master banana-bread baker, em-dash loyalist, and new plant mom. Oh, I'm also not born in June (deceiving, I know).

I have a real love for getting to the root of people. The nook and crannies of their identities, values, behaviors, motives— it’s all stuff I have infinite questions about! Over the years, my curiosity has led me to ask and address many a question (ex: Why are women with ADHD constantly misdiagnosed? How does the construction of diaspora identity change across generation, race, and geography? What does it take for team members to create genuine connections with one another?) through my courses, work, and various community involvements.

I strive to approach Product Design with this unending fascination for the human psyche. As someone who frequently thinks about all the ways life could just be, well, easier, I enjoy incorporating my background in community organizing and psychology into my mission to simplify digital products. If it can be made easier.. then I'm on it!

⁃ Leading a team of amazing designers at Innovative Design@USC
⁃ Listening to Good Days by SZA (on repeat. every day.)
⁃ Looking for a full-time Product Design position starting after May 2021
